Search Engine Marketing - Advanced Tips for Search Engine Marketing

Search engine marketing is one of the drivers of internet traffic. You see, you have to have internet traffic to really make money online – in fact, I do not think you can make any money online if you do not have internet traffic. So it is all really about internet traffic- that is the bottom line – you have to have traffic – and search engine marketing is one of the ways we get internet traffic to our web sites and web pages.

So how do you do search engine marketing- you have to start by working on getting to the top ten spots in the search engine rankings for your keyword and search terms.

So if traffic is the key, and search engine rankings are the key to some of the traffic, then we need to think about what to do with search engine marketing to get search engine rankings.

So how do you do search engine marketing to get more traffic?

One of the first things that you need to do is to make sure that you have your keywords in your web site, both in the page itself and in your source code.

You need your keywords in your keyword tags and in your description and in your title to your web site.

The second thing that you need is to get backlinks to your website, with text anchor links to your web site from the inbound linking sites.

The way I prefer to get backlinks to my web site is to write articles and submit them, with my text anchor links, to the various online article directories – we commonly call this article marketing.

And article marketing is one of the big ways that I orchestrate my search engine marketing.
